I truly cannot say enough good things about Tony Zerwas. He stepped into what was already a very difficult VA loan situation after we had been working with another lender and ultimately decided to switch because we didn’t feel supported or advocated for. That decision ended up being one of the best we made during the entire process. When Tony took over, our VA appraisal had already come in significantly low, timelines were tight, and stress levels were high. From the very beginning, it was clear that Tony approached the situation differently. He took the time to fully understand the history of the transaction, dug into the details of the appraisal, and immediately got to work finding solutions instead of pointing fingers or making excuses. What stood out most was his deep understanding of VA loans and his determination to fight for us when it mattered most. What could have been a logistical nightmare was handled smoothly and professionally, giving us peace of mind even from thousands of miles away. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Tony kept us informed, explained complex issues in clear and practical terms, and was always available when questions came up. It was obvious that he genuinely cared—not just about closing the loan, but about doing what was right for us as buyers. I cannot say enough good things about Tony and his incredible knowledge! He goes far above and beyond for his clients! We were previously denied for a loan from a lender and were not given much direction with how to get to where we needed to be approved. Tony was a fresh breath of air making the entire process seamless. We took the opportunity to use the VA loan which most would say is a difficult challenge. Tony made the entire process stress free! He was easy to talk to, quick responsive, and even made a few house calls to the house to make the closing date quicker! There were many situations where most brokers/lenders would leave you in the dark and possibly leave an opportunity for your dream home. We could not have gotten the home we loved without Tony and everything he did (most brokers would not do). He's the broker that makes magic/dreams come true!
